Customer Care/New Markets (Bracknell)
This course is aimed at Studio Managers and owners who are looking to keep existing clients and move into new market areas. The course is split over one day, be prepared to work hard.

You will notice the lack of coffee breaks during the days. Refreshments are available all day when you want them. As the seminars are limited to 10 people, we have ample space for you to take refreshments when you need them.

Consultancy for Photographers and Photographic Companies
Mark will offer consultancy on a 1-2-1 basis either at your studio or company HQ, or at his studio in Bracknell. The courses will vary in content based on your current Marketing situation, and where you would like to take you company in the next move forward. We can cater for up to 4 people on the 1-2-1 courses, all course paperwork is supplied, and depending on the consultancy taken there will be follow-up meetings.
